gluten free / vegan waffles

1/2 c. sorghum flour

1/3 c. tapioca starch

1/3 c. superfine brown rice flour

1 Tbs. flax meal + 3 Tbs. water

1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted coconut oil

1 c. nondairy milk

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. gluten free vanilla

1/2 - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Preheat waffle iron.

2. Whisk all ingredients together.

3. Cook until desired color.

4. Serve with maple syrup and berries!
