2 long reindeer sausage links, horseshoe- shaped
(Indian Valley Meats or Alaska Sausage and Seafood)
1 pkg puff pastry
3 Tbs butter, melted
Cut each link into thirds, so you have a total of six links. Unroll the puff pastry; spread with mustard. With the long sides at the top and bottom, cut into thirds vertically. Wrap each link with puff pastry, making sure the mustard is on the inside, and sealing with melted butter. Brush butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until puff pastry is golden. Slice each link into 5 bite-sized pieces; serve hot.
