Banana Breakfast Shake

Servings: 2

•  1 1/2 cups fat-free or low-fat milk
•  1 frozen medium banana, peeled and sliced
•  1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•  1/4 tsp almond extract
•  cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

In blender container, combine milk, banana, vanilla extract and almond extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into two glasses and garnish with sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
